1 cup milk 2% 2 points

Snack 9 AM Apple 1 point
1:00 PM -- WW Roasted Chicken 4 points
spinach Salad with dressing 3 points
Yogurt 3 points
Cheese Stick 2 points
total: 12
Mid Day Total 17
